Cat doesn't want to run!!!! Just got enough snow!

mercredi 23 décembre 2015

Alright first of all. I just joined this forum so let me know what I should contribute to in return for some help figuring out why my snowmobile won't run.

My sled is a 2008 crossfire 800. It will only run if it's cold enough outside. We haven't been seeing very cold temps here in MN yet. Right now it is 30 degrees today and won't start...pull it over twice, then fires and dies and chooo out the exhaust. then pull 5 more times same thing. If its cold outside(below 24 degrees), It might start. And if it does, it runs awesome! But as soon as my coolant temp gauge reaches 90 it dies and "choos" again out the exhaust.
So heres What I was doing to it before this happened....I usually start it and warm it up every month when storing. I took it out of storage 2 weeks ago and removed my diamond drive to rebuild. Finished rebuilding the diamond drive and installed it. Then BAM, won't start WTF. I drove it onto the trailer when it was 45 degrees outside lol. The ONLY thing I touched was the ecu connectors. When I parked it while waiting for the rebuild parts for the DD, I unplugged the connectors because I'm leary of people screwing with my stuff. That's all I touched on the motor.
Ok...so I swapped out the gas with 91 non ethanol and primed the fuel rail....same thing!....Always have spark but I noticed that when I use a NOID light on my injector connectors...I'm not getting the injectors to fire all the time....don't know if that's normal when just pulling it over?
I will be diagnosing it more hopefully tomorrow.
Any help appreciated! THANKS FOR READING!!
