My 1994 Indy sport won't go over 50 mph and around 6400 rpm. I rebuilt fuel pump. Put in new fuel filter. Cleaned carbs multiple times. When it gets to 50 mph it starts to backfire. Any suggestions will help because I'm about done with it.
