1993 Indy 500 EFI low idle

My 93 Indy 500 EFI starts on the first pull, and idles great until the automatic choke shuts off. But as soon as the choke shuts off.... it doesn't idle any more. It just runs down and died unless you manually keep it running with the throttle. Is there any way to increase the idle? I can't seem to find anything through google.
