Over the summer, I noticed a gas smell in the garage, and it was coming from the tank. I took the tank off, and the gas line just fell apart before I go the tank upright, which means that gas was all over the garage floor. I blame it on ethanol, which my motorcycle repair dealer said to never run that in the snowmobile, as it will disintegrate my fuel lines. I now have all the parts I think to put this back together. I bought the parts from a dealer, but as time goes on, parts are deleted, or changed to different numbers. Does anyone know how you start to put this gas linebacker in? Do I have to take out the sending unit for this to be accomplished? My main concern is that I get that grommet back in there right, so I don't have a gas leakage problem. I have printed off the parts, and also the picture of how it all goes back together, but some parts like I said were discontinued, and were substituted for the original part. Is there any thing to not over look on putting this back together? I am sorry that this is a long post, but wanted to show everything that I had a question on. Thanks. :)
