Black fluid leaking from exhaust Manifolds on 1999 thundercat

Is there a way I can seal those 3 manifolds because the springs and little donuts aren't doing anything but let this black exhaust fluid dribble down the front of my engine making it filthy. Can I use a sealant in there?
