need help identifyin my polaris sled

hey just got this sled and have no idea what I have think its a 1990's Indy 500 let me know what you think thanks
vin number on the side of the tunnel reads 1215555
if you know anything please help lol
motor has 2 cylinders and is liquid cooled cant find any plates with details on it though
