Hey guys, got our first snow a week ago here in Ontario and it has everyone in the sled mood, myself included.
I am looking at possibly buying a 2000 mxz 700 and want your input. Here is the tale of the tape; the chassis has an incredible 28,000+ km. the engine was supposedly done 5 years ago by a previous owner. the last owner didn't ride it much the last couple years and the current owner doesn't know exactly how many km on the engine. Track is almost new and not studded. Suspension and wheels look good. Only problem I am aware of is the torque rod between the motor and secondary was loose and the motor moved around enough to pound the manifold into the pipe and cause it not to seal great and it leaks a bit of exhaust there. Sled started on 3rd pull from my 14 yr old boy after sitting since last winter.
Guy is asking $1500 (here in Canada)
