Moving the sled around the garage!

OK! I have an old roll around dolly for a car for the track on the sled. What is the best way to make the front of the sled (Skis) Mobil? I was thinking of making some kind of dolly for each ski. Maybe a 2X4 screwed together with 4 swivels, 1 for each side?.
Anyone have any good ideas or pics of what you have made for this?
