Not sure what the spring is actually called, but it wraps around twice at the lowest point of the V on the gas tank. I picked up the 93 Indy Touring tank and seat for my sons' 90 Indy 400, but didn't realize the tank was missing that spring. I'll snap a pic tonight of the spring that's on my 93 Indy Trail Deluxe.
