I am new here and don't own a sled. But I do own several Polaris MSX jet skis that have the same power plant the fst does. In the ski world the weber is frowned on as a misfit and a problem. I know better.
Since there is little to no support other than Randy at weberpower I have been upgrading my weber mpe750 based solely on his and my own experience with engines. So far I have punched it out and sleeved it to 850cc, upgraded the valve springs and retainers to the Ti ones. Upgraded to CP pistons and rods, installed larger head studs, 6mm larger 38mm k03 turbo......
I am currently attempting to port the head but need some guidance. I don't want to hit a water jacket and these heads are thinly casted in places. Does anyone have some pictures or a cross section of this head?
Any advice would be great. Also if you know someone with extensive weber experience point me there way please. Not Mark Queen, he does not have time to help the little people :)
