Help with wiring for Kawi 440

Hello im in need of some help with the wiring for a TA440A-A201 Kawasaki! I recently bought a 89 Arctic Cat Cougar with a non running 440. Its not the factory motor so the wiring was hacked together bit not done right... Im know scratching my head from square one. Im not to good with sleds (more of a car guy) what i wanna know is what are the 4 wires coming out of the motor? (Its got points so no CDI box) The 4 wires are Brown,Yellow,Red,White... Im assuming the red and white are for the coils so what are the yellow and brown?

Any help would be awesome!
