so I ordered a rebuild kit for a 93 440 Polaris with a p85 clutch. I paid 74.00 for the kit with the narrow rollers. the rollers and pucks fit good and so did the cover plate bushing but the movable sheeve bushing was way to big. the kit was for the right year narrow roller clutch but can't figure out the deal with the bushing being too big. I now have a 488 in for repair and see it has a bigger diameter bushing and its a narrow roller clutch as well. I can't order parts and not have things correct the first time so does anyone know if there is different model p85 open face clutches? both sleds are air cooled both 93. one a 440 which the bushing in the kit was too big and the 488 which the kit would have been perfect for.
