Hi guys well Im new here and new to vintage sleds. Me and my buddy just got a deal on matching 85 yamahas (i believe there 540cc) tht are in really good shape. Started right up ran good (at idle) well pulled carb of and gummmed badly. As I expected. And Long story short the main jet flew out of my hand while cleaning it and its gone forever. Well soon as I buy one Im sure it will appear on the garage floor. Lol sigggh. My question- anybody have a clue how I can find out the part # to find a replacement? I believe its the the main jet not the pilot. It screws into the big nut on the bottom side of the float bowl. Anyways thanks if any of you can help.
